Website Crawling
For URL-based prototypes, we crawl public website pages needed to build a useful chatbot. We avoid private account areas, checkout flows, carts, and other paths that are not relevant to a public chatbot experience.
Document Uploads
For upload-based prototypes, documents are stored in private managed storage and indexed for chatbot retrieval. We restrict supported file types and file sizes to reduce abuse and operational risk.
Private Indexing
Customer content is used to create a private knowledge index for that customer. Content is not pooled across customers and is not used to build another customer chatbot.
Access Controls
Preview, Dashboard, widget, and checkout flows use access tokens or HTTP-only cookies where appropriate. Signed URLs are time-limited for temporary file access.
Region Strategy
Default hosted deployments use Utmost AI managed cloud infrastructure optimized for global access. Regional and customer-owned cloud deployments are available for customers with explicit data residency or compliance requirements.
Deletion Requests
Customers may request deletion of prototype or production content. Some operational records may be retained where necessary for billing, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Data Request Contact
For export, deletion, access, or data residency questions, contact us with your company name, lead ID if available, and the email address used for your prototype or dashboard.
