- •To crawl public pages, process uploaded documents, generate private knowledge indexes, and answer user questions from your content.
- •To send prototype status updates, dashboard links, payment confirmations, support replies, and operational notices.
- •To improve reliability, security, abuse prevention, and product onboarding.
AI Training
- •Your customer content is not sold, shared, or used to train public AI models by Utmost AI.
- •Your content is used to build and operate your private chatbot experience.
- •We use enterprise cloud services with business-grade privacy terms to process and store customer content.
Storage and Retention
- •Prototype and production data may be stored in managed databases, private file storage, private knowledge indexes, and related enterprise cloud services.
- •Free prototype data may be retained during the prototype period and for a reasonable operational period afterward unless you request deletion.
- •Production customer data is retained while your account is active or as required for legal, security, billing, or operational purposes.
- •You may request deletion or export of your data by contacting us.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information or customer content by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes.
