Prototype and Paid Services
Utmost AI provides hosted chatbot prototypes and paid chatbot services built from websites, documents, and content you submit or authorize us to process. Free prototypes are for evaluation and may be time-limited. Paid plans provide ongoing access according to the plan selected.
Customer Content
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit, crawl, upload, or process the content you provide. You retain ownership of your content. You grant Utmost AI the limited rights needed to process, host, index, and operate your chatbot experience.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to process unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, generate spam, bypass access controls, collect sensitive data without permission, or abuse infrastructure. We may suspend access for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Billing and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel future renewals, but prior charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.
Limitations
AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed for high-stakes decisions. The service is provided as a tool for customer support, search, and information retrieval, not as legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical advice.
Plan Changes
Starter and Pro subscriptions can be purchased through the Dashboard. If you upgrade from Starter to Pro, we may replace the prior subscription to prevent duplicate billing. Business and Custom arrangements may require separate written terms.
